"Island Time" is the name of this secluded, very private beach house, which sets on 2 acres on the north shore of Cayman Brac.  This Cayman Brac Rental is built by the sea, a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home hidden away from vehicle and airline noise you find elsewhere on the island.  The relaxed atmosphere will provide a unique experience which you won't forget.

Cayman Brac is a quiet, uncrowded island, 12miles long, 1.5 miles wide, and is one of three islands in the Cayman  Island chain, located just south of Cuba. The Brac is known for great scuba diving, fishing, bird watching, hiking and caves.

This spacious 1600 square foot home features a fully equipped kitchen, central A/C,  dive gear rinsing and drying station, and outdoor shower. The master bedroom has an ocean view and door which opens to the patio, it is equipped with a king size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom also has an ocean view and door to the patio, and is equipped with a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a bluff view and is equipped with a full size bed and a bunk bed that has a full size bed on the bottom and twin on top. The great room is equipped with a queen sleeper in the sofa.

"Island Time" also comes with phone (local calls only without calling card), high-speed wireless Internet access, hammock, Cable TV, VCR, DVD, I-Pod player, movies, hairdryer, iron, linens and beach towels, coffee maker, washer and dryer, BBQ, and beach chairs. Our caretaker can meet you at the airport and can assist you with any concerns.

Just a 10 minute swim from shore are located two beautiful dive sites, also great snorkeling available right off shore. Shallow water extends far out from shore.

Stroll down the home's 1/4 mile private drive that goes through the Brac's lush native vegetation in the morning or early evening and you may see parrots.

Sit on the patio or beach and all you hear are birds chirping and waves lapping onto the shore- no planes or traffic noise!  Occasionally you may see sea turtle heads pop out over the water!

The house is in Stake Bay which is centrally located to everything. Grocery store, a museum, post office, churches and the hospital are within a couple of miles.

Enjoy the view of the sparkling clear blue sea and gorgeous sunsets on your very secluded private beach.
