Deposit Refund

Deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival, minus a 10% fee to cover transaction costs.

Rental Refund Inside of 30 Days

8 to 29 days prior to arrival - 50% refund of the rental fee.

1 to 7 days prior to arrival - 25% refund of the rental fee.

no show - no refund.

Cancellation notification must be in writing via e-mail.
